  • How can I schedule with you?

    You can schedule your massage with my by using our online booking tools. Please select your service and any add ons you would like before selecting an available date and time. You will be prompted to place a card on file and pay a non-refundable $20 deposit before finalizing your appointment. Once you have completed these steps, you will be scheduled and will begin receiving confirmation emails of your appointment.

  • What happens to my deposit?

    Your deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service. Example, if you book a 60 minute swedish massage for $100, you will pay $80 at end of your massage. $20 would have already been paid through your deposit.

  • What to expect for first massage?

    Once you arrive at the property, you will walk up the steps and enter into a small waiting room. Please have a seat until I am able to greet you and walk you into our room for your massage. You’ll be given a few minutes to undress and get situated on the table before I knock and enter to begin. Once your massage is complete, I will announce that your time is up and exit the room to allow you to get dressed.

  • Do I need to tip?

    Tips are not required. You are welcome to, and tips will always be appreciated. However, as the owner of my company I set my rates. Do not feel obligated to tip as I am already grateful for your business.

  • Can I pay with cash or a different credit card?

    Established clients may change cards on file, and pay cash if approved. New clients will be required to place a card on file for their first transaction.

  • Do I need to sign any paperwork time of my massage?

    Once you have completed booking your sessions through our online scheduler, you will receive your intake forms by email. It is required that you complete these forms before you arrive for service.

  • What if I am late to my appointment?

    Our late policy will be enforced if the customer has not arrived to their appointment after 20 minutes. The appointment will be treated as a no-show and the session will be forfeit. Any amount of time that the customer loses by being late is non-refundable, nor will it be added on to the end of the service. The appointment will end at the originally scheduled time.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You have up to 48 hours before the scheduled service date/time to reschedule or cancel your service without penalty. Cancelling your service after the 48hr window will forfeit your deposit. After 3 late cancellations the customer will be flagged and unable to schedule online.

  • Do I get undressed for the massage?

    You will need to get undressed for the massage. I am trained to make sure you are never exposed during the massage. The covering blankent(s) will be positioned to ensure you are adequately covered at all times. If you have concerns or would like to remain clothed please communicate this to me and we can discuss it further.

  • What if I need to use the restroom during the massage?

    Please communicate to your therapist that you need to use the restroom. I will leave so you can use one of our bathrobes to cover before doing so. Any time spent using the restroom will not be refunded or added on to the end of the service.
